Founded in April 2010 by Najah Naffah, a digital transformation expert with more than 30 years of international experience, TyrTeq helps organizations navigate complex transformation journeys and unlock business value through secure cloud-based platforms, AI, Blockchain and next-generation technologies.
Combining strategic advisory with hands-on expertise, TyrTeq supports organizations in modernizing operations, accelerating innovation, and building resilient capabilities.

the Founder
Najah Naffah brings more than 30 years of international experience across the Information Technology and Communications industries, spanning research, software innovation, executive leadership, and digital transformation consulting.
He began his career at INRIA, France’s leading public research institute for digital science and technology, where he worked as a Research Scientist specializing in computer networks (Cyclades project) and advanced office systems (Kayak project). During this period, he contributed to pioneering innovations, including the development of local area networks and an advanced multimedia workstation. These achievements received international recognition and earned multiple awards.
Najah later joined Bull Group, where he led an application software division and pioneered the development of advanced document management and workflow solutions.
He subsequently joined Sabre, contributing to the development and commercialization of Yield Management solutions for the travel industry. He later joined EDS and Hewlett Packard Enterprise where he served as Vice President of Business Process Outsourcing for the EMEA region.
In 2010, Najah founded TyrTeq / Naffah Consulting with a mission to help organizations navigate complex business and digital transformation challenges.
Today, he advises international organizations on strategic initiatives in cybersecurity, cloud federation, AI-powered applications and emerging technologies such as blockchain and decentralized applications.
Najah Naffah holds a degree in Civil Engineering from ESIB (Beirut, Lebanon), a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Telecom ParisTech (France), and a Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Paris VI (France)
